OEM: manufacture from your drawings or reference sample
Provide drawings, a reference sample or approved specifications for material, structure, tooling and production-feasibility review. OEM suits brands, importers and distributors with an existing packaging design that needs repeat manufacturing. Agree on dimensions, compartments, weight, lids, branding, packing and acceptance criteria before sampling and ordering. OEM is more than changing a logo; define the supply scope and responsibilities in the specifications and contract.
ODM: develop packaging around the food-service need
Without complete drawings, start from uses such as burgers, packed meals, compartment meals, salads or soups and discuss portion size, capacity, closure, delivery and cost targets. Development covers requirements, structure discussions, tooling feasibility, sampling and approval. Finished-product performance needs validation for each application. Identify liquid containment, microwave or freezer requirements at kickoff rather than inferring suitability from the material name.
More than 200 tooling sets and mold-development capability
Our molded-fiber packaging tooling capability includes more than 200 tooling sets. Review existing specifications before assessing a new structure. Use of an existing mold depends on dimensions, condition, scheduling and customer-specific rights. For new development, agree on fees, trials and revisions, milestones, ownership, maintenance and usage rights. Free tooling or automatic transfer of all rights should not be assumed.
Customization: dimensions, branding, color and packing
Submit requirements for dimensions, capacity, compartments, shape, embossed logos, printing, color and retail or export packing. Include drawings, artwork, expected volumes, food use and destination for process and cost review. Fluorine-free export formulations can be included in the brief. Changes to formulation, color, printing or thickness require a fresh check of food-contact and compostability coverage rather than applying standard-model reports to every custom item.

For quotations, provide SKUs or reference images, quantities per item, lids, customization, packing, destination and arrival plan. Agree on MOQ, sample and tooling costs, scheduling, payment, trade terms, carton packing and loading for the order. Existing annual capacity is 80,000 metric tons, with planned total annual capacity of 300,000 after Phase II commissioning. Planned capacity is not current supply; order lead times still require scheduling. Existing certificates and test documents support model- and market-specific procurement review.
